Relación entre Liderazgo Transformacional y variables demográficas en empleados del sector restaurantero

Today, businesses are immersed in constant organizational changes, that’s why the presence of transformational leaders is important, they guide firms to achieve changes and successful results. The objective of this investigations was to analyze transformational leadership and different demographic characteristics of employees that work in the restaurant sector in Ciudad Juarez. The study was quantitive, non-experimental, transversal and descriptive, it administered an instrument of 16 items that permitted to value the transformational leadership in a sample of 114 subjects. Analysis of variance, were made, takin into consideration variables considering age, schooling, antiquity and position in the organization. The results reveal significate differences with respect to the seniority of the employees
