Tendencias de investigación en desempeño sostenible, ESG y PYMES: Análisis bibliométrico y revisión sistemática de literatura (2000–2025)

Resumen

Este estudio examina la evolución de la investigación sobre el desempeño sostenible y el desempeño ESG en PYMES a partir de artículos indexados en Scopus (2000-2025). Mediante técnicas bibliométricas, se identifica un aumento significativo de publicaciones tras 2020, con Asia y Europa como principales generadores de conocimiento. Asimismo, emergen temas como digitalización, inclusión financiera verde y liderazgo transformacional. El trabajo ofrece una visión global del estado del arte y evidencia vacíos en Latinoamérica, donde el tema aún es poco explorado. También se presenta un análisis sistemático de la selección de los 5 artículos más citados en Scopus sobre la temática, destacando su papel fundamental en la conceptualización, aplicación e identificación de elementos clave.
