Business incubators are entities that offer entrepreneurs the support to transform innovative ideas into successful ventures through their incubation program and their installed infrastructure. The importance of these new ventures lies in their contribution to economic development because they generate employability and economic flow in the resident entity. The objective of this research is to perform a documentary analysis to identify key factors in the incubation process that positively drive the success of the business project. As a result of the literary review, 4 factors are identified that are positively related to business success.
