Comportamiento del mercado de naves industriales en la ciudad de Monterrey

This study has the objective to present the results of the actual tender of warehouse in the city of Monterrey, mainly in the industries sector, by the use of the model ANOVA, analysing the principal characteristics, total price, square meters costruction, location, as well as the offer during the presidential periods, allowing us to determine the commercial behavior during the transition of the recent change of president. The information published in the newspaper El Norte of 2018 and 2019, a database compiled by the same newspaper, is used to carry out the study. A high dynamism of this market indicates that the city is economically active.
