Factores que influyen en la demanda de la vivienda en el estado de Nuevo León

The purpose of this work is to determine what macroeconomic factors affect housing prices in the state of Nuevo León. Some of these are inflation, interest rate (through the Treasury's certificates of the Federation), gross domestic product and the parity of the peso against the dollar. The data are obtained from reliable secondary sources such as the Bank of Mexico and the National Institute of Geography and Statistics, with the purpose of creating a reagent bank of 12 years, period from 2007 to 2018. A multivariate regression analysis is carried out and among the main results is that there is a relationship between the various economic factors that influence the price of housing in the state of Nuevo Leon.
